Works, workers and Legal Smart Contract – Technology is changing work and workers. Many studies by the UN, FAO, International Labor Organization indicate that high risk of losing more than 50% of jobs due to technology system for task automation. This implies replacing man with machines.
If we assume that we have 7.7 billion people in the world and we have 3 billion workers, then losing about 50% of jobs is a big problem knocking on our door.
The tendency is for entire sectors and national and international industry and business chains to have a large influence and participation of digital machines to automate tasks, make decisions, risk control, payments without central banks; thus, in a short time, the technological system will control all human resources causing the replacement of people by machines. This is inevitable.
This phenomenon can be called new workers for new jobs. What will the relationship be like between people after the digital transformation and the break with the centralized system?

eHealth is the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) for health. The eHealth unit works with partners at the global, regional and country level to promote and strengthen the use of ICT in health development, from applications in the field to global governance. The unit is based in the Department of Service Delivery and Safety in the Cluster of Health Systems and Innovation. The eHealth system works with data protection on the natural person. The data on the health of the person are sensible. General data protection determine how people’s personal data can be processed, stored in a database, transferred to companies, government in the same country or in another country. Much of the power of eHealth, whether supporting direct patient care through EHRs, telehealth, mobile health, or direction research through big-time applications, depends on the ability of eHealth’s tools to collect and process patient data and generate reliable data to share with patients, health care providers and researchers. Recognizing that patient-specific shared data are in many ways the “fuel” of eHealthbased health care, without which the tools have only limited capacity. In this paper we observe the legal condition to transfer sensible data about the health of the people to eHealth system.
