Works, workers and Legal Smart Contract – Technology is changing work and workers. Many studies by the UN, FAO, International Labor Organization indicate that high risk of losing more than 50% of jobs due to technology system for task automation. This implies replacing man with machines.
If we assume that we have 7.7 billion people in the world and we have 3 billion workers, then losing about 50% of jobs is a big problem knocking on our door.
The tendency is for entire sectors and national and international industry and business chains to have a large influence and participation of digital machines to automate tasks, make decisions, risk control, payments without central banks; thus, in a short time, the technological system will control all human resources causing the replacement of people by machines. This is inevitable.
This phenomenon can be called new workers for new jobs. What will the relationship be like between people after the digital transformation and the break with the centralized system?
How to control rights and duties without intermediaries to allow the access to service provides in the international market? How this solution can reduces the motivation for this research?
